產品製造的工業縫紉代工服務 紡織加工一直是南宏的專長。我們為全製程一條龍在我們工廠完整的布料裁切和縫製產品加工製造產線 商業縫製產品在工業、醫療、運動，各類推車和商業行業中很常見。除了我們的一些標準產品（如外出袋，保冰袋）外，我們還為大型或不規則形狀的物品提供OEM客製化設計，縫紉服務，在相同或不同材料上的厚度可達 1.4cm。依靠工業縫紉可以解決相當多布料製品事業上的需求。且我們的工業重型縫紉服務用於製造需要縫合接縫、將大面積縫合在一起以及添加配件（如拉鍊、帶扣、按扣、索環和其他硬件）以執行特定產品功能的多種類型的產品。例如：嬰兒車座布，老人助走車座布，帆布袋，手提袋等，各類縫紉製品 nanhon為我們的縫製產品提供內部輔助操作，例扣具固定，接合，圖形應用、電繡和適用材料的壓花。附件包括重型網帶、魔鬼氈和其他專業連接或錨固系統。並且具有荷蘭，美國，英國，日本，韓國等多國國際合作經驗，交期準確，和品質方面皆長期備受肯定。

Industrial Sewing & OEM Manufacturing Services

Textile fabrication has always been one of Nanhon’s core strengths.

We provide fully integrated, one-stop manufacturing services within our own factory, covering fabric cutting, industrial sewing, and finished product assembly.

Commercial sewn products are widely used across industrial, medical, mobility, sports, logistics, and commercial applications.

In addition to our standard products (such as travel bags and insulated cooler bags), we also offer OEM custom design and sewing services for large-scale or irregularly shaped products.

Our sewing capability supports single or mixed materials with combined thicknesses of up to 1.4 cm, enabling solutions for a wide range of functional textile applications.

Through heavy-duty industrial sewing, we are able to meet complex fabrication needs, including:
